Andy Houghton BSc MSc

Andy graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of Birmingham in 1990 and from the University of London with an MSc in Occupational Psychology in 1998.

Prior to joining YSC, he has worked for three blue chip organisations in the energy, consumer goods and financial services sectors. His roles have spanned Management Development, Organisation Development and generalist Human Resources. He has extensive experience of helping organisations to identify, assess and develop talent including the design and delivery of assessment and development centres. In his last role prior to joining YSC, Andy led the Management & Leadership Development function of a global financial services organisation.

He has a particular interest in the assessment and development of leaders, improving self confidence and in working with leaders during times of personal transition.

Andy is married and lives in Edinburgh.
