Damien Anciano DipClin Psych MSc DPhil

Damien joined YSC in 1991 and is currently Managing Director. He started his career as a psychologist in the NHS and became increasingly involved in organisational change and leadership development.

He has managed some of YSC's biggest accounts, partnering with Chief Executives and HR Directors to get the best out of their people. Damien is particularly effective in coaching functional and business leaders who are wanting to stretch their contribution to the next level. He combines rigour around in-depth assessment and understanding of benchmarks with a very positive approach to realising people's unexploited potential and leadership 'voice'. He also combines personal empathy and support with a clear-minded focus on objectives and adding business value - and strong challenge where necessary.

He is a 'weekend' father of one, is married to a South African political researcher, and is into movies (mainly as part of the audience but he has been known for his cameo appearances!)
