David Presswell BA MA

David joined YSC as a consultant in 2004, having worked as an Executive and Personal Coach, both within companies and in private practice in London's West End.

His former experience was in television where he was an award-winning director/producer for the BBC, Channel 4 and Discovery; before then taking the position of Creative Director at a digital media company specializing in the use of New Media to deliver cultural change.

In the past year David has delivered and helped devise Coaching and Culture Change workshops for blue chip clients, as well as himself coaching senior and board level executives in Aon, RBS and Future Publishing. He is particularly interested in the use of Psychosynthesis and NLP to help individuals who are blocked, to realise their full potential.

His interests outside of work are writing, film, walking and food. But two lively sons take up most his time.
