Jane Anderson MA MSc CPsychol

Jane is a Director of YSC and has been working for the company for ten years. Before YSC, Jane worked in social work management. She has a particular interest in coaching individuals through key transitions. She also has extensive experience in assessing and developing managers for recruitment or promotion - either individually or via assessment or development programmes.

Jane has been involved in the coaching of executives from a range of blue-chip companies including Diageo, Cadbury Schweppes, Fujitsu and Disneyland Resort Paris. She has extensive experience of working with people through periods of change, in both clinical and business settings. She has line management experience and also lectured at the University of Singapore for 2 years.

Jane works with the individual in connecting fully with all of his or her strengths, both evident and more hidden; the meaning they find in their work and their values in order to build their excellence as a functional and leadership excellence. Her style is pragmatic, challenging and affirming.

Jane loves the ballet, going out with her friends, travel and walking.
