Joanna Bleau BSc CPsychol
Joanna Bleau joined YSC in early 2005 having previously worked as an independent Consultant coaching individuals and supporting organisations encountering periods of transition. Prior to that she worked in Health Service leadership roles for 14 years, where she was responsible for leadership development, talent managed, organisational development and cultural change in challenging, political environments. She has coached individuals in the UK and in Eastern Europe. Since joining YSC she has been involved in the development and delivery of cultural change programmes with coaching at their core in blue chip organisations, as well as coaching senior executives in both public and private sectors.
As a coach, she develops relationships with her clients founded on shared responsibility, deep respect for the whole person and an assumption of their ability to achieve their potential. She has a particular interest in helping people to develop a sense of wellbeing and meaning in their work. She is pragmatic, thoughtful and grounded in her approach. Outside YSC she is studying Core Process Psychotherapy and enjoys a hectic family life with her husband and 5 yr old daughter in beautiful Edinburgh.
