Jock Encombe BA UKCP (DipCAT)

Jock is a Director of YSC and of YSC Scotland. Before moving to Scotland to set up the YSC Scotland office at the end of 2002, Jock worked in YSC London for three years.

He has been working in leadership development, organizational development and psychotherapy for the past 12 years. He has coached and consulted at CEO, board and senior organizational levels across a variety of industries. He is closely involved with YSC's rapidly growing organizational consulting business, and within this in coaching leaders on how to be authentic leaders of organizational change.

Jock has four children and spends his time outside work enjoying family life, reading, fishing and spending as much time as he can in the glorious Scottish countryside.
