Jonathan Bloom BSc CPsychol

Jonathan is a Managing Consultant in YSC and joined in 1996 following fifteen years as a psychologist and manager working in education and training. During this time, he specialised in coaching, team-building and leadership skills developed through the medium of experiential learning.

He has a particular interest in working with individuals from a range of cultural backgrounds, focusing on executive coaching and integration into organizations. He has coached individuals up to Board level in a range of blue-chip companies including Unilever, Lloyds TSB, Tesco and Barclays.

Jonathan is married with two young children. He exercises regularly, enjoys travel and has been part of a reading group for 10 years.
