Kevin Bright MSc PhD CPsychol

Kevin is a Director of YSC and is responsible for leading our coaching business, YSC Executive Coaching. He opened and led YSC's US Office from 2000 to 2005. Over the last five years he has consulted throughout North America, South America and the Caribbean whilst retaining close links with our UK clients.

His early career was in Marketing and Sales Management. Following his postgraduate studies he was briefly a member of the teaching staff at the Manchester School of Management before joining YSC in 1995.

Much of his time is spent assessing and coaching senior leaders in multi-national organizations. He has deep-seated interests in the cultural dimensions of leadership, the strategic development of leadership talent and supporting individuals through the transitions they encounter on their leadership journeys.

Kevin lives in London with his wife Chris and their three year old twins. Life is very busy but he still finds time to play guitar, practice photography and follow Crystal Palace. He values greatly the coaching he has received from his YSC colleagues!
