Neil Winter MA MSc CPsychol FCIPD

Neil has 27 years of leadership experience and joined YSC in early 2000. His interests lie in the areas of executive assessment, coaching development and team building. Since 1993, Neil has worked as an Executive Development and Coaching specialist with blue-chip companies such as Diageo, Royal Bank of Scotland, Standard Life and Levi Strauss.

He was a senior consultant with RHR Inc. for six years, latterly as Manager of their London Office. Previous roles include Organisational Development Consultant in Coopers & Lybrand and Director, Manpower Planning & Development for Reckitt Beckniser. His experience also encompasses 12 years of working within the oil industry, 10 years of which were spent working at Executive level.

Neil's international experience covers Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. In additional he has worked extensively in the Middle East.

Married with two teenage children (with whom he actively practices his negotiating and coaching skills!) Neil enjoys mountain sport, music and reading.
