Paul Ballman BSc PhD CPsychol
Paul Ballman is a Director of YSC and has been working in Leadership Development since 1992. Since joining YSC in 1998 he has established and led Psymmetry, the YSC change measurement business, through the first three years and founded the Sydney based, Asia-Pacific office. He now focuses on UK-based senior executive coaching and top team development.
Prior to YSC Paul worked as a consultant at both Roffey Park Management Institute and RHR International, the contrast of these organizations giving him the great breadth of approaches that he now draws on. His first role was in the area of Human-Computer Interaction in Bell-Northern Research, the R&D wing of Nortel. He is an original founder and Non-executive Director of The Development Alliance. His client work ranges from Board level assignments with a FTSE 20 company through CEO coaching with a prestigious publisher to supporting development of country heads in global organizations.
Paul is particularly interested in coaching executives through the challenge of leading dispersed teams.
Paul lives in London with his wife Rajinder sharing her love of dance and travel.
