Phil Whichello BSc MSc

Phil is a managing consultant at YSC where he brings his positive energy to the everyday demands of business life, both internally at YSC and externally with his clients.

Prior to joining YSC, Phil spent 9 years in the competitive world of fast moving consumer goods, working in sales and marketing for Unilever. There, as now, he was involved in the coaching and development of managers and directors, both at individual and at team levels. Between being at Unilever and YSC, he also worked as an independent consultant to Unilever coaching Financial Directors from across the world in a 'Leading Finance for the Future' programme.

He is passionate about each of us taking personal responsibility in order to achieve more, and to further his endeavours he is also a psychotherapist in training. Outside work he continually battles to climb his own mountains. Currently these include improvising jazz piano and holding dynamic yoga poses.
