Robert Sharrock MPhil CPsychol

Robert is a Director of YSC, and has been working with leaders in business for 15 years. He worked initially for Arthur Andersen and then Ashridge Management College, before joining the company in 1994.

Robert has a number of publications, including one on management development published in the Financial Times Handbook of Management. He currently works as a personal coach with several senior executives, including two FTSE 100 Finance Directors, and is a personal coach with a Championship football team He manages YSC's Executive Coaching Business and has played a leading role in not only coaching senior executives, but also in helping YSC clients develop coaching capabilities internally. He has a particular interest in executive coaching and the relationship between personal and organizational change.

Married with two teenage children, Robert enjoys running, the saxophone and his family in his soccer-free spare time.
